FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, we provide both bath towels and hand towels for use within the cottage. We do however ask guests to bring towels for swimming.
All the major supermarkets deliver to us, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
The cottages are not individually registered with the post office and so do not appear when choosing an address through the online supermarket process. Most delivery drivers do now know which cottage which is, but we advise guests to put the farm house address down. Branton Westside House, and if you could please put your cottage name in the notes section. Please also organise for the supermarket delivery to be delivered after you arrive at your cottage.
We like to think that we have thought of most things that are a necessity in a cottage but if there is something you require not on this list please check with us. We put a complementary welcome pack in the cottage for you which includes, bottle of wine, honey, milk, eggs, tea and coffee. Also, we provide:
Coffee Pod Machine (Nespresso Compatible), Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, washing up liquid, Dishwasher tablets, Washing Powder, Bin Bags, Cloths & Sponges, T-Towels, Food Processor, Pots, Pans, Baking Trays, Mixing Bowls, Scales, Hand Blender, Hair Dryer, Clothes Horse, Logs, Firelighters, Paper, Matches, Cling Film and Tin Foil.
We have several nearby restaurants to choose from, we have compiled a ‘Places to Eat’ section on our ‘My Stay Planner’ which can be found here.
Our ‘My Stay Planner’ should give you some great ideas for your holiday and also other websites to visit which will help with dates of events relevant to the time of your stay.
Yes, we provide both cots and high chairs free of charge, you can select them during the booking process.
The leisure club opens from 7am in the morning until 9pm every night.
No, the leisure club is owned and operated by us at Breamish Valley Cottages, all the facilities on site are inclusive of the cottage price.
